How can we completely simplify the Mylance Dashboard? Right now we have so many permutations whether they’re eligible or not and whether they’re approved or not. We need to simplify this entirely so changes like this are much easier.
What if we made it so there are only 3 states:
What do we want them to do:
Eligible customer, not subscribed: we want them to subscribe. We want to give them “something to play around with” that’s going to give them confidence / clarity into Mylance and what we offer so they book a call with me / buy
Eligible customer, subscribed: this is where we want to give them visibility into their campaigns, how things are going, what action items we’re working on, etc. The biggest thing here is showing them the value that we’re providing: adding new connections, posting, growing their following, growing their impressions and engagements, etc.
Not eligible customer: it would be nice to give them 1. an explanation as to why and 2. something for free, although this isn’t the highest priority since they’re a paying customer. I also think as we give them the explanation, we give them a “did we get this wrong?” and if so, they can email us or reach out in some way, or fix it
