Founded in early 2020, Mylance is building the “Shopify for independent consultants.” We help aspiring consultants launch and manage their freelance businesses, giving them flexibility and empowerment over their work life.
We’ve closed our initial founding rounds and are in the exciting growth, experimentation, and scale stages.
The ideal candidate is a gritty, hustling team player who isn’t afraid of getting in the weeds to move the ball forward. We need someone where no task is too small, and who wants to dive into the start-up scene and learn, grow, and evolve.
We need a jack of all trades operations associate to wear a number of different hats as we navigate our growth, learn on the job, and be proactive in suggesting new solutions. At the same time, we need someone who can ask for help when needed.
The ideal candidate is someone that has a strong willingness to learn, a self-starter attitude, likes to solve challenging problems, and can work on behind-the-scenes strategy one moment and get in front of customers the next.
This role will have strategic and execution components. We need a strong brainstormer and creative mind, but also someone with the ability to take what we come up with, and translate it into tangible action items and get them done.
We need someone who's willing to get their hands dirty, learn quickly, and add value immediately. You'd be working directly with the founders, and as close to an entrepreneurial journey as it gets.
